These terms govern your use of the Stern Direct website and purchases from Stern Direct Limited, Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in USD and are shown before checkout together with shipping costs. Payment is taken once, at the time of order, by our payment processor. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or hidden fees. Your statement descriptor will read TODO: e.g. STERNDIRECT* or as assigned by your payment processor.

3. Shipping

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative and minor variations may occur. Products are general consumer goods and are not medical devices. Use products according to the included instructions.

6. Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

Site content is owned by or licensed to Stern Direct Limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
